Registration is now open for the Citrus County Parks and Recreation Division’s popular summer youth program called Camp Fusion.
Camp Fusion is for children ages 6-10. The 6-year-olds must have attended kindergarten before the summer and the 10-year-olds cannot yet have started middle school.
Camp will begin May 31 and end Aug. 5. The registration fee is $15 until May, and then $25 thereafter. The weekly charge is $60 for regular camp hours (Monday through Friday) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and $75 for extended hours (Monday through Friday) from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The daily walk-in fee is $20. Last year parents gave the program a 95 percent approval rating.
