Mercantile Capital Corporation has closed a commercial SBA loan for Sunshine Gardens Assisted Living, LLC for $2.255 million in total project costs.
Web site CityBiz Real Estate also reports that Sunshine Gardens will offer specialized care to patients suffering from various forms of dementia, who require assistance or supervision with activities of daily living.
Located behind a Walgreens Drug Store in Crystal River, the facility will provide a home environment that will include nutritional personal services, medication management, meals, laundry services, planned activities, as well as assistance with appointments, including transportation in a very secure and safe environment.
