The Citrus County Local Mitigation Strategy (LMS) Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8 in Room 117 at the Lecanto Government Building in Lecanto.

The Citrus County Landfill will be conducting a drop-off program for residents for household hazardous wastes on Saturday, July 25 from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

The county has expanded its free Household Hazardous Waste drop-off program for residents to coincide with the paint disposal program days on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
