Men and women entering the Citrus County Bass Challenge, set for April 24 in Dunnellon, are returning to the area for the sixth year to have some fun in the annual tournament that will benefit the Key Training Center in Lecanto. Figuring that public input at its budget workshop would cramp its regular chambers, the Citrus County Commission on Tuesday moved its discussion of the next fiscal year's budget to the county auditorium in Inverness.
