A Homosassa couple has been charged with the sexual abuse of two girls, ages 2 and 7.

The Citrus County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday arrested Jesse Edward Laramee, 35, of 2658 W. Patterson Court, and Jane Marie Marcy, 27, also of Homosassa, in connection with the case.

According to the arrest report, the 7-year-old victim told investigators that Laramee made her perform oral sex and to have sexual intercourse. She told investigators that when she cried, he slapped her in the face and told her to shut up.

The youth also told investigators that she was also asked to perform acts on him while riding in Marcy's van, and that Laramee performed oral sex on her and told her to shut up when she told him to stop. She also described to investigators other incidents at Laramee's brother's house and Marcy's home, and alleged that she was made to perform oral sex on her 2-year-old sister while Laramee watched.

Under questioning, the arrest report said, Laramee asked for an attorney, and was arrested.

Investigators also questioned Marcy, who admitted to her part in the abuse, and that the allegations against Laramee were true. The arrest report also says she knew that Laramee had allegedly had sexual intercourse with the 7-year-old, and confirmed the abuses in the van alleged by the youth. Marcy said she had full knowledge what was going on with the child, and had participated in some of the sexual abuse.

After questioning, Marcy was also arrested.

Both Laramee and Marcy were charged with sexual abuse at the Citrus County jail, and bond was set at none.
