Friends of the NCVC to present 'Tribute to Women of Song'

Bring a friend or your sweetheart to an evening of music and song, performed by well-known and popular four-person musical ensemble, "Southern Exposure."

Southern Exposure has performed at various functions in Citrus County, and consisst of Norman Bernard on brass, Gary Kay on keyboard and Ted Stauffer on drums.

Their soloist Kim will belt out the renderings of Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Barbara Streisand, Patsy Cline and many other favorite female vocalists. Come prepared for an enjoyable musical experience.

This special show is 7-9 p.m. Friday evening, Feb. 12 at the Canning Center, 3405 W Southern Ave., Lecanto, FL 34461 (County Road 491 and Southern Avenue). Tickets are only $10 each, and are available at the Citrus County Resource Center, 2804 W. Marc Knighton Court, Lecanto, FL 34461. Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Nature Coast Volunteer Center to support volunteer recognition and other volunteer activities.
