Retired NYPD officer charged with exposure

A retired New York Police Department deputy was arrested on Friday and charged with exposing himself while in a neighbor's yard.

Arrested was Thomas A. Gallagher Jr., 66, of Beverly Hills.

The arrest report says that shortly after 6:30 a.m. on Friday, Gallagher was seen performing a lewd act behind his neighbor's truck while wearing only a woman's skirt. The Citrus County Sheriff's Office obtained a warrant for Gallagher's arrest, and he was handcuffed and taken to the county jail.

Gallagher was charged with exposing himself, disorderly conduct and trespassing onto his neighbor's property.

Bond was set at $3,000.
