Enjoy a special evening with Citrus County Sheriff Jeff Dawsy and his team of “celebrity” waiters, and simultaneously support Big Brothers Big Sisters with your tips and learn ways to help keep kids on the right path.
From 5 p.m. until closing on Thursday, Sheriff Dawsy will be waiting tables at Beef O'Brady's in Crystal River in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
The event is called "BIG Night at Beef's with Sheriff Dawsy and Friends," and customers will not only get a great meal, but also get an inside look at the new Mobile Command Post, plus the cool F.O.C.U.S. car with interactive multimedia for youngsters. All kids in attendance will be "deputized" with special gold-star badges, and will receive other goodies from the Sheriff's Office.
Tips and 20 percent of the evening's total check will go to Big Brothers Big Sisters.
