The Citrus County Veterans Coalition (CCVC) is looking for all female veterans.
Many functions (CCVC Veterans Forum on Oct 23; monthly coalition meetings; November events from Veterans’ Parade to Massing of the Colors; Woman Veterans’ luncheon and more) go on where the CCVC would like to involve female veterans, but doesn't know how to reach them.
The CCVC is particularly looking for World War II Veterans to participate in the Veterans Day parade this year, but all female veterans are encouraged to contact the CCVC. If you are a female veteran and would like to be involved, contact Cynthia Holden 352-628-6481 or Cynthia@advocate4victims.org.
The CCVC is a nonprofit group of Veterans helping Veterans in Citrus County. The CCVC meets at 6 p.m. the fourth Thursday monthly at the Veterans Service Center Office in Lecanto, next to the Veterans Administration Clinic just off County Road 491 in Lecanto. Come join the Coalition and support veterans in need; also visit www.ccvcfl.org.
