Citrus County Animal Services is looking for a small dog that bit a Crystal River man on Jan. 31.
The incident occurred at about 11 p.m. on North Peeler Point when the dog fell into the man's swimming pool, and bit the man as he was trying to help the dog.
The dog is described as a small, terrier mix, that is brown or brindle. The dog had short hair, short ears and was not wearing a collar.
If anyone has any information, or knows the whereabouts of this dog, call the Citrus County Animal Services at (352) 726-7660 immediately. If the dog is not found, the man may have to undergo a series of rabies shots.
