In short, the citizen journalist sees news, reports it, and where possible, provides some kind of photo or video of the event. The intent is to report news in your community in a fair, impartial and balanced way.
CitrusDaily needs such people. It is not possible for any mainstream news organization to report ALL of the news, because of limited resources and people. However, many Citizen Journalists can fill in the gap. We need stories, photos and news from across Citrus County.
