Citrus Alliance Against Adult Abuse and Friends of the Community Centers, Inc, will host the second Health & Safety Summit at the Citrus County Auditorium in Inverness on Wednesday, June 15.
Admission is free.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to noon, and will host a number of speakers, including Citrus Sheriff Jeff Dawsy, John W. Grace M.D., P.A.., General Psychiatrist, as well as local businesses, service providers and organizations that provide senior health and safety services, products and education.
Sponsors include Comfort Keepers, HPHhospice, Heinz Funeral Home, Haag, Haag and Friedrich PA and Brashear’s Pharmacy.
There will be free health screenings, important health information, demonstrations, product sampling, door prizes, giveaways and complimentary refreshments.
The county auditorium is adjacent the Inverness Airport on U.S. 41 just south of Inverness.
