Citrus County Parks and Recreation along with instructor Captain Rick Burns, will be offering a seminar on Red Fishing 101 from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 9, at the Homosassa Lions Club.
This one-day seminar will cost $25 per participant.
